It is said that a journey for thousand miles begins with one single step.

I am initiating my journey on the topic of Leadership with my first blog today.

John Maxwell says 

“ A Leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way”

A person is not born with the skills and talents of leading people. It is a journey of his thoughts, feelings and actions along with the vision,mission  and connecting to people and solving problems or finding solutions sets him on the path of Leadership. It all begins with taking initiative.

A leader is one who is able to identify the unique skills and talents in the people and drive them towards achieving the common goals and the mission.

A Leader has a vision and is continuously on the misssion with all the focus, attention and concentration to acheivement the goal.

A leader believes in helping people grow in their journey so that the vision for higher goals can be initiated by a leader.
