The training focused basically on gender sensitivity & preparation of a comprehensive development plan at panchayat level. The planning unit was made aware 5w & 1h of planning. The active participation of women participants during preparation of village plan was clarified. The most interesting and effective part was the field exercise of preparation of plan.
