Don't create fan following of loyal subordinates who keep following you to each organization you join. Its Selfish Cult Mentality boss. Create your team from within the people existing in the organization where you go!

Don't be tempted when your earlier boss invites you to join him in his next organization that he goes to. It's Loyalty Buttering Subordination. He may not succeed; you may. He leaves. Will you? Why? Why not? And what if  Vice’ Versa happens…..
