Now, Buddha on your lap top! You missed him?

Just a couple of days back Buddha smiled at petrol pump. But, now I noticed him on the laptop also. I am sure that whoever is using laptop has access to him!

The Buddha referred here is not a person. It is the space where we all want, desire and struggle to be in! The space that is serene, calm and peaceful!

Just observe the keypad on the laptop. Which is the longest key?

It’s the Space bar!

We use it word after word but somehow miss out its importance!

Beinginmeditationismindfulnessandthereisnootherway.Mindfulnessisthewayoflife!

Can you decipher the meaning from the line typed above?

Our thoughts also stream in like that continuously and put us into enormous stress.

Just add some spaces in between and see what happens.

Here’s the same line with spaces;

Being in meditation is mindfulness and there is no other way. Mindfulness is the way of life!

Be aware of space bar after typing every word and you are practicing Mindfulness!

Now, here are few simple ways to be mindful even when engaged in our daily routines;

As you sit in the car just become aware of the space inside the car and then start your journey!

Look at the plants/flower and then become aware of the spaces between leaves, petals and branches. You find the enhancement of the beauty in those plants/flowers being observed! You are in meditation!

Even when you are stuck in the traffic jam, just observe the spaces around and above those vehicles!

Space is everywhere. That is the single largest ‘thing’ we can perceive.

Space bar is the longest key on the keyboard. And it is pointing to the fact that Space alone is the largest in the Universe and the entire Universe is immersed in the space!

Just keep observing space around and you realize that you are in the space that is serene, calm and peaceful!
