“How many of you believe that Meditation is good for overall well being?”
This question in any forum will get hundred percent YES!
However, the next question – “How many of you are doing Meditation regularly?” – elicits few feeble yes!
When we try to do meditation, the mind comes up with three questions. Where is the time? Where is the suitable place? and Is the condition right?
As we try to extricate from these whirling thoughts, the time allocated for meditation will be over and we get into daily grind.
Meditation is Being! It’s just being in Awareness. So we need to move from doing to being.
As we learn to be in meditation, the time, place and conditions does not matter!
Meditation in any form is basically increasing the awareness of body, sensory perceptions, nature of thoughts and emotions.And having access to clarity on these things, help us to meticulously manage stress levels and continuously rejuvenate mind and body, thereby leading to joyful life!
