Distress to Destress is nothing but going from ‘i’ to ‘e’! Our motto is to be happy in life. Whatever we do in our life, we normally do to lead a happy life. We have many ways to be happy. When we are not happy means we are in stress. We have devised so many different ways to address the stress. For example; If stress is due to work we tend to take rest, for stress related emotions, we try to listen to music or like to speak to someone. And if stress is due to ill health, we either go to doctor or self-medication. Both may lead to more stress! As stress keeps happening continuously, destressing/rejuvenating, also has to be on a continuous basis. The fundamental way to destress on continuous basis is to understand WHO AM I? Does it sound like philosophical or is it spiritual? WHO AM I? - is a fundamental question, and finding answer to this fundamental question is nothing but the journey from ‘i’ to ‘e’!
