About Asit

My Skills

Asit has a total of 25+ years of experience, during which for more than 17 years he has contributed to sales and marketing of the product services through Direct, Channel and Retail sales across various industry segments such as Apparel, Shoes and Jewelry, Insurance, Home appliances, mobiles etc.

Asit started his sales career journey as a Travel Counter Sales Executive and rose to become a Sr. Training Manager in Samsung Mobiles and a Project Leader in an overseas African Breweries giant “Tanzania Breweries Limited” project in Tanzania, Africa. He had a wonderful journey filled with a variety of learnings and experiences.

He has been a coach/trainer for the Direct, Channel and Retail sales industry for more than 10+ years now, training customer care and sales teams of  Apparel, Telecom and Mobile brands, Banks, Call centre of consumer durable and FMCG companies. His experiential learning methods are coupled with behavioural and soft skills practices with effective demonstration and communication techniques that ensure interactive fun learning with ease of understanding to instil sustainable learning to create an invaluable great customer experience including the Brands positive market Identity.

Currently, he offers his services as a Freelance L&D training consultant and coach in training the front-line sales, mid-management level, OJT's, seminars, workshops, product launches and promotions for prominent clients such as Whirlpool Home Appliances, SBI Bank, Accenture, Samsung mobiles, Google and Huawei mobiles, Educomp, Hindustan Unilever water purifiers etc.
