Huzefa Motiwalla is a certified NLP practitioner, a Behavioural Skills Coach and a certified ITIL V3 Expert. He is an active member of the International Association for Facilitators and the European Community for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (EUNLP).

With a flair at storytelling, Huzefa conducts effective workshops in Soft Skills, Behavioural Skills including but not restricted to Communication Skills, Stress Management, Time Management and Better Organizing. He has his unique ways of delivering Problem Solving Techniques, High Performance Team Building exercises and workshops for First Time Managers. He has helped communities and individuals at organizations to transition in Change, Deal with Difficult People, Train the Trainer and the likes.

Been in IT for over two decades in various roles with corporates, and an entrepreneur himself, Huzefa can facilitate a change in the participants very vividly. A constant learner himself, he adopts modern facilitating methods and tools in delivery.

Having managed teams for the last 20 years, He has an experience in Software Development, Process Automation and IT Services Management. His roles has involved in the strategic functions of service planning and delivery.

Huzefa has served governments, corporate and MNCs. He has worked with CDAC, Kanbay (now Capgemini), EDS (now Mphasis) in technical, techno-managerial and people management roles. As a business consultant, he serves players in the FNB industry on how to increase their Customer Satisfaction Quotient.
