Hi I am Roshan Dsouza, and I am a Psychologist and Business Coach, making me a Life Consultant. Why a consultant, because I only guide you based on your behaviour and beliefs, you are the decision-maker and the one to be in control all the time.

Why do you need me?

We would like to think we are visionaries and are able to tackle all the troubles in our lives individually but we are made to live as social beings, to love, care and share. When one or more of the three needs are missing, we tend to make wrong choices and bad decisions, leading to regret and failure.

I in the picture would help you think a decision before it is made; you would have a trusted pillar for your support. One who you can speak to without judgement and without prejudice, one who would help you realise your flaws but not use your weakness against you. As a consultant, I only advise you to the best options available at hand.

You on the other hand would be the person to make the best choices and make the best of all that you have based on what you do.

How does it work?

We would have preliminary sessions, where we would build a rapport. It can be online or offline, depending on proximity and safety.

The next would be to have weekly sessions to help you understand where and what are your weakness, what is it that can help overcome it and where you were missing the piece of the puzzle. As much as we would think we are unique, our problems are similar to what another person is facing. What we need is support and guidance at the right time in our lives.

Then comes the time of unscheduled needs, you would call on me only when you need support and help, I will be your reference, your mirror, your go-to person to help you find the right choice. It could be marital, business, personal relationships, or investment ideas. You are free to speak what you will and how you will.
