BACKGROUND
STORY:
I was in automobile
industry for more than two decades.
One fine day, I received
a call from a well established automobile retail business solution provider
requesting me to join. I simply said that I am not a trainer and it would be
best, if they search someone else who fits the bill. But to my surprise, they
had all my professional details (they had some tip off). They said that, ‘What
we understand from your peers is, whenever any training / presentation need
arises for your functional team, you voluntarily take it up. And by virtue of
your articulation power, logical approach and convincing power you do justice
to the task. Even now, in the same way you need to do something more incredible
than what you had done before for multi clients’. Even then, I was not sure but
they persuaded me; thus began my journey in the training domain.
Thank God, I had a
awesome boss and a marvelous supporting team. With their support gradually I
mastered all the nuances of public speaking, delivery skill, platform skill,
coaching and mentoring in the process. At the present day, my participants are
often heard saying, ‘Sir, we had no clue of how the day went by. Even after the
break there was no tempo loss, rather it increased. We learnt without boredom
rather with fun’. And I am enjoying my new found passion.
