Being in meditation is the basis for enhancing emotional intelligence, creativity, leadership development, goal setting, goal achieving, stress management, relationship management  and time management, understanding law of attraction and so on….!

Another speciality is anyone can learn to be in meditation without any prerequisites, fear factors, restrictions and elaborate dos and don’ts!

This coaching process does not interfere with the practitioner’s customs, culture and traditions. In fact, if a practitioner is following any particular method, this coaching helps to deepen the meditation process in their chosen way!

He demystifies meditation and helps you to adopt meditation into your day to day activities. His meditation method - evolved over twenty five years of experimentation - is easy to learn and practice even by the busiest persons.

He has undergone Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening program, Vipassana meditation, apart from learning from various Gurus' teachings.

He has authored a book titled MY FIRE WITHIN! which is borne out of meditative moments!

Therefore, his coaching theme 'Don't Do Meditation, BE in Meditation', brings positive changes in physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual dimensions of Life! And it leads to overall well-being !!

He enjoys sharing his thoughts through blogs, doing nothing, reading/listening/watching inspirational books/videos, coaching meditation and Zhan Zhuang exercises.

Subramani Sarode has inspired hundreds of teenage students, faculty of educational institutions, corporate executives, shop floor employees, home makers and general public.

 Passion: Like to create the awareness about the potential of each individual, be it a teenager or an adult. This helps in relating one-self with the surrounding people and situations in a better way. 

Academics: Graduated in 1985 as a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum.

 Continuing the learning process, successfully completed the Public speaking course, Social Psychology and Powerful tools of teaching and learning; Digital storytelling and A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment on MOOC platform (Massive Open Online Course). Also attended workshops on “six connectors to the self” and “silent retreat” at School of Ancient Wisdom and attended a 10 day Vipassana meditation camp. Attended the workshop ‘Lead without a title’ conducted by Robin Sharma.

Corporate exposure: Served in various positions in ITI limited for a period of 18 years and opted for voluntary retirement about 17 years back. Has exposure to sales, marketing, testing of telecom equipment and also material management.

Advisor (Educational Institution): was involved in expansion of an educational institution from 150 students to 1000 students. It included the construction of building, recruitment of faculty and office staff. Training and setting up of administrative set up. Communication with all stake holders like management committee, parents, teachers, etc.

Volunteered as a Math teacher in schools, to help them overcome the unexpected absence of teachers.

Training workshops: With wide exposure to corporate, educational and self help groups,  has developed unique workshops – Teens Tuning, EPIC^*(Introduction & Implementation), Stress Management, Creativity Within and SMART meditation - appropriate to wide spectrum of audience.
