A Passionate Communication & Soft skill Trainer with 22 years of teaching & training experience, I, Alphia feel proud to be identified as continuous learner. Have been training teachers, School students, College students, Corporate employees and  Business builders in various domain since 1998. As a Founder & Chief Trainer of The Catalyst Schools, I serve the people of Tiruchirappalli with Training & Placements since 2014. Being an internationally trained NLP practitioner I also give content free counselling. Being a POSH and POCSO Facilitator am a member of Ministry of Women and Child Development serving the society at large.

My mission is to create  socially, emotionally & financially empowered individuals who in turn create a healthy nation.
