About Me 

An individual with professional experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines and IT and with professional tenure in various capacities from Management trainee to Senior Manager Training and IT Business consultant in Travel Cruise and Hospitality Domain over 25+ years had helped to gain knowledge and understand the challenges. These have transformed  my experience in to  training/ coaching  which has been a passion.

Presently as Founder, Chief Trainer and Career Coach with  D2D Business Venturees  has created organizational value integration programs to align employee with organization’s vision, mission, and values.I myself address as a Certified Career Coach and Psychometric Assessor to help you find the right career and to help you manage your emotions to be a great leader. This can be done by running a test, doing coaching one-to-one and thus revealing one's passion, strengths and aptitude, so as to nurture with the right skills to land up in one's dream job.  I work for  he career success across all age groups ranging from students to working professionals.  There are modules to understand yourself better through "You the Brand".  Also I have developed modules to improve managerial, leadership skills to improve your career say "You the Manager" , "You the Leader",  Emotional Mastery in Leaders and  Campus to Corporate. 

Me and my team have supported professionals with setting up, establishing and overcoming new business trials and tackling tough day to day issues in Hospitality industry by addressing HR / Training and Development/ marketing / Social media, website/ Hospitality software's. 

 My professional journey includes ITC group, Guestline daysinn, Lenotre Kuwait,   Kuwait Airways and IBS Software Services.  "I believe everybody has a calling and your real job in life is to figure out as soon as possible what that is, who you are meant to be, and to begin to honor that in the best way possible for yourself,” said Oprah Winfrey.  I have  also used theatre training to achieve this through my sessions and with my experience in  channels as Actor/ Presenter.
