My name is Onaiza Ekbal and am currently working as an accounts executive in a chartered accountant firm. I first met a Sarmistha Ma’am in NIIT. She used to help us with our communication skill classes . She has really helped us in how to talk in an interview, how to face an interview, how you should be dressed in a formal manner, how to carry yourself confidently, how to communicate your ideas, how to keep your points in a GD if you have been taken up for a group discussion etc. I really want to thank you Ma'am for all your support and guidance.

My name is Deepika Jalan, a student of Sarmistha Ma’am while I was doing the module of personality development. Under Sarmistha Ma’am I had learnt a lot and there are many minute details and small things which we tend to overlook when we are in a conversation or we are in an interview specially which are non-verbal in nature. Ma'am has taught us well about how we should manage our gestures, our expressions and body language while we are conversing and also how to manage our nervousness and look confident. I have also been able to discover myself, my nature and my own personality. I also remember how patient she was during our course, how calm and composed she used to be during the session. There were students In the class who used to stammer while conversing but she would never let anyone hurry into a conversation or in completing the speech. She used to be really patient and would rather smile and encourage them to complete at their own pace. That was the best part about her, as this nature of her used to boost confidence not just in the one she was interacting with, but also to the rest of the class. I am extremely thankful to God that I had the opportunity to study and train under her. A big thank you Sarmistha Ma’am though I think I can’t thank you enough .
