Anoop has led teams to success with the belief that individuals and teams deliver their best when they are happy and work from their heart. Excellent people management and leadership skills have been Anoop’s key factors of success and it is these attributes that he blends into his training programs.

 

Being an energetic and an articulate professional with a high ability to adapt to change and challenges, Anoop has excelled in start-up ventures and turnaround situations. His active involvement in learning and development has helped Anoop in leading teams to drive growth, deliver service excellence and organizational strategy.

Anoop is a graduate in Hotel Management and a Masters in Training from IATD. He also served as the CEO of Pizza Corner, Starbucks, Nando’s and Booster Juice in India. In his present role as an entrepreneur, Anoop is also pursuing his passion for training with a desire to make a transformational influence in the lives of people.

Anoop is a master facilitator and blends in humor, anecdotes and real-life examples to drive home the core objectives to the participants. Training programs conducted by Anoop are well conceptualized involving high level of motivation and encouraging active participation and involvement by trainees to ensure lasting impact.

Anoop has conducted training and motivational programs at Novo Nordisk, TE Connectivity, Coca Cola, Tecnotree, Embassy Group, Booster Juice, Nando’s and Pizza Corner. Having delivered over 500 hours of corporate training, Anoop’s areas of training expertise include Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking, Influencing Skills, Ownership Accountability & Responsibility, Peer Coaching, Presentation Skills, Communicating with Impact, Conflict Resolution, Time Management and Positive Parenting.

He is also the recipient of the Franchising World - Business Leadership Award in 2005.
