I am a people development professional with a corporate career span of more than 2 decades. During these 22 years , I have managed multiple roles in sales management, distribution build up, profit centre handling, trainer development and learning and organisation development. These experiences across industries in middle and senior management, has given me the required exposure and experience which I am using to make my sessions enriching, value added and practical. 

I have a vision of creating a positive impact on 1 million lives, by 2025, thru developmental interventions.
