Bhagyalakshmi with a rich 15 years of experience started her career as a HR Recruiter, HR Generalist and later turned as a Trainer out of passion for transforming the lives of people.Today, she is a successful HR Consultant and Learning facilitator in Behavioural Skills,Soft skills and Personality Development apart from being a Counsellor and a Therapist.

She has handled sessions from Entry level employees to Senior Management Teams empowering more than 10,000 participants. Bhagya regularly writes for HR Column to the magazine (Dimensions) and also a Guest Faculty for various B Schools. She spends her free time volunteering to train the visually challenged students, Scribe for the Visually challenged students for NGO(Premaanjali). She is a Contemporary dancer,Theatre artist,Painting, Yoga and Meditation and also into Modelling.
