Hariharan Iyer

Hariharan Iyer is a multi-faceted personality and combines various talents with the intent of making a difference to people's lives. He left a well paying corporate job to pursue his vision of reaching out to a large number of people and creating a world class training organisation. His last corporate role was with Max New York Life Insurance as a Zonal Training Head, in which he was managing over 100 trainers.

He calls himself as a Corporate Health Evangelist as his vision is to help organisations create happier and more healthy workplaces. He has invented a psychometric tool `Corporate Holistic- Fitness InstrumentTM (CHI) which helps organisations get a Fitness Score and an Organisation Health Report.

He is an internationally certified trainer from Asentiv, USA, and packs in over 25 years of training experience. He started his training journey as a Public Speaking trainer in the late '80s while still in college. He is Founder and Chief Mission Officer – Hariharan's School of Success Education (HSSE), which he established in 2009.

Hariharan is popularly referred to as The Enter-Trainer and holds trademark for that title due to his entertaining style of speaking and training. He has conducted training sessions in over 50 cities in India, as also in Dubai and Nepal. A Post Graduate in Politics and an ex-journalist (in the initial days of his career he worked with reputed newspapers Business Standard and The Financial Express), he is a par excellence motivational speaker.

Hariharan's interests range from training to writing to `bathroom singing` to the practice and teaching of the spiritual healing science Reiki. He is a Reiki Grandmaster, and has been practicing the healing science since 1993.

In recognition of the difference he has made to people's lives through the work he does, Hariharan was conferred with the Rex Karmaveer Global Fellowship and Karmaveer Chakra -Bronze by iCONGO (International Confederation Of NGOs) in February 2014 followed by Karmaveer Chakra - Silver in March 2015 and Karmaveer Chakra – Gold in 2016. 

He has published over 50 articles on Linkedin and is the author of six books.
