Joseph Paulson

Joseph Paulson has been an OD consultant, leadership trainer and leadership coach, AC/DC assessor, 360DF and psychometric specialist and a fire-walk/glass-walk instructor since 2003 when he left Indian Air Force as a Wing Commander. In the Air Force besides flying the fighter jets including the MiG29s and MiG21s, he was a leadership trainer and a member in IAF selection board specializing in pilot selection and group testing/behavior assessment for leadership.

He is qualified as a master trainer in the design, delivery, evaluation and management of training from DOPT Govt of India. He has expertise in behavior and skills training both in small and large group formats, using class-room as well as outdoor experiential learning. He designs and delivers leadership as well as management development programs with ROI mapping. As an Executive Coach, he has experience in leadership and business coaching for leaders including board members, with expertise in both individual and team coaching. He has been trained as a senior coach by Center for Creative Leadership (www.ccl.org) in 2007.

Jo holds multiple post graduate qualifications including MSc, MS Counselling, MBA, and Diploma in Training and Development. Holding the unique Level A/B certificate in Occupational Testing from British Psychological Society, he is one of the few delegated assessors authorized to deliver psychometric certification training covering a large number of Reasoning Tests and Personality Tests in India from UK based publishers. He is an authorized user and provider of more than 50 psychometric tools from 5 different global providers. These tools are used in hiring, training, coaching and talent development and career counselling. He is certified in MAPP, 15FQ+, JTI, MBTI Step-2 and Hogan tools used for hiring, personal development, coaching and career guidance. He is an expert in designing and integrating 360 DF with psychometrics for leadership and team development and AC/DCs.
