Communication can be broadly classified in to Speaking , listening and writing . there are many more under these heads . language is a thing you can learn , but skill is the one which you develop over a period of time , there is a whole lot difference between learning and developing ,learning is something you have stored with in you ,where as developing is an act which you perform and master over a period of time..

There was a class room where a teacher was teaching his undergraduate students. It was a chilled windy day ,the teacher finished his lessons and it was a time for questions and feed back . he asked his students to feel free to shoot questions. One of the students was very bright and very ambitious and asked ” sir can I do my IAS after my examinations ? The teacher had all the smile in the world and said why not my child ” The doors are open ” which meant you have all the opportunities to do so. At the same time another stood up ,as it was too windy he said “sir its too cold to sit in the classroom.. the teacher said well I can understand ” The doors are open ” as the doors of the class room were open and the wind was barging in . in the last a naughty one started murmering ” sir your lecture is so boring and am unable to concentrate, the teacher looked at him sarcastically and said ” The doors are open ” hinting him to get out of the class room . well what I am trying to tell you is the same sentence plays different role under different contexts..
communication is such a wonderful tool the usage should be so specific judging the need precisely to create an impression that blossoms positive results …
