Myself, Rohit A Bagaitkar, I am an outstanding transformation trainer who has a mission to create leaders, to help India to become super power. I am an exceptional motivational counselor and has a vision to help human beings to become successful in their lives. I strongly believes that training can develop and upgrade your living. I am a clear and precise communicator who believes in inspiring youths all over the world.

I am a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP (ANLP, India) with an educational qualification of Masters in Management studies specialized in Human Resources from Mumbai University. I believe that ‘Trainers are learners’ and hence keeps learning and educating myself for my personal and professional growth. I am a faculty of The Art of Living. I am also NIESBUD certified Master Trainer(Private & Public domain). I am certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner. With a rich experience of more than ½ decades in training and counselling, I have a great insight on mind programming and student development which helps me to structure and design all my programs with high standards. I am extremely passionate about my training and counselling assignments.

I am an expert in behavioral training and has rendered various training in the corporate as well. Being a certified Master Practitioner of NLP, he is passionate about mind programming and making lives successful in all areas. I am an eminent speaker and a motivational trainer and has touched the lives of thousands of people with my excellent training skills. I am a certified Advanced Life Skill Coach and a certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner. I am a multi-linguistic trainer with fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
