Sri. Tito Kishan Vemuri specializes in building an innovation culture in large corporations. He works with Sr. leadership of the organization, defines tangible goals to accomplish in a time bound manner. He owns, Invent in India®, a registered trademark granted by the Govt. of India. He is working on a purpose to groom 5000 innovators (entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs) in India. So far he groomed over 500 intrapreneurs in India.

The initial client engagement is through advisory to define an executable roadmap of goals for building an innovation culture. The interventions would be through - workshops (impart product and process innovation learning and facilitation sessions (making the learning applied on real problems). Being a accredited TRIZ professional by MATRIZ (The international TRIZ Associationwww.matriz.org), and being a Director, TRIZ deployment of MATRIZ in India, he conducts Structured Jugaad^TM(TRIZ) workshops with significant impact.

In his earlier roles, led a Technical Innovation drive across a world leader in Power Generation at their India Engineering operation centers and enabled to come with powerful solutions through his IP awareness, Innovation and TRIZ workshops which translated to close to a thousand inventions, US Patents in 7 years. In this process, he mentored hundreds of inventors. With his vast experience he devised RISIR, focused areas for tangible outcomes through his workshops using the Iccha Jnana Kriya Sakthi^TM framework.

Sri. Kishan is the founder chairman of Association for TRIZ and Technical Innovation, ATTI, www.trizti.org, a non-profit organization and a member of MATRIZ in India.
