Ms. Rekhaa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from the reputed Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD). One cannot miss the synergy between her qualification and her work.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the Education and Training space. Communication Skill Enhancement and imparting Spoken English Skills has been her core area of operation.

Her tenure as Deputy Branch Manager at VETA, Vijayanagar was notable. VETA Vijayanagar achieved the Number One position in the country, not only in terms of Sales, but also in the sheer number of Batches that were created, the logistically challenging Training Calendar, Allotment of Faculty and timely completion of Batches.

It is testimony to her Interpersonal, Administrative, Organizational and Coordination Skills that she could bring together a dedicated Front Office Team and a team of up to 60 Facilitators to bring in the highest number of Admissions, ensuring optimum Attendance, timely Batch Conclusions and satisfied learners. VETA Vijayanagar was one of the model centers in the country.

Her understanding of the challenges of the Spoken English Training in terms of handling a very Heterogeneous and Diverse group of students came from her own take – aways, as a Trainer. She has continuously derived from her work as a Trainer inside the class rooms. This also helped her to execute better in terms of identifying and allotting Trainers for different batches. She has also coordinated with the Franchisor / Regional Office on a timely basis to address the Training Needs of the Facilitators themselves.

Her above mentioned body of work made her the right candidate to be offered VETA Malleshwaram. She continued her good work, but now with that added responsibility of a Franchisee and an Entrepreneur. All her previous skills enabled her to run this profit center successfully.

She made VETA Malleshwaram into a sought-after Institute in introducing certain novel attributes like the creation of Special batches for Housewives. This needs a different kind of understanding of the Business and certain creativity.

Her good Interpersonal Skills and Coordination with the Franchisor also got her to work with entities like Toyota Kirloskar, Mahindra Satyam, Trident Hyundai, Voonik , Kaatizone and Sun Branding Solutions to mention a few. She again ensured that the right facilitator was sent to the right program. She also worked as a Trainer in some of these programs.

She also has to her credit, conduction of societally impactful workshops related to Sexual Abuse and Harassment at Workplace.

She also handled some Institutional accounts, where Personality Development, Leadership Skills, Life Skills and Presentation Skills were imparted. Maharani’s College of Arts, Science and Commerce is a key customer.

Conducting workshops for honorable Judges for the Karnataka Judicial Academy was one of her notable Training acquisitions.
