My Workshop areas are Presentation & Communication Skills, Personality development, Selling Skills, Inter-personel skills, conflict management, Memory Retention and Study Skills,. I am a NLP practitioner trained under Dr.Richard Bandler of U.S.A, the Originator and the Creator of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am also a Reiki Master conducting Reiki seminars in Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. I am a Faculty member of Jnana Samvardhini – A Centre for Excellence (Hubli) which is sponsored by Chinmaya Seva Samithi Trust. I also hold a Diploma in Human Resources Development. Though a Computer Programmer by profession, I have in turn or sometime simultaneously been a civil contractor, a public relations Executive and an effective Sales Executive for products ranging from – Computers to Encyclopedias. In pursuit of my varying activities, I have come across variety of people ranging from manual labourers to super specialist Doctors and had remarkable success in my relationship with them. I speak nine languages and am a very effective speaker. As a NLP practitioner I have taught mind programming to various groups of people – from students (Aptech & others) to Business Executives(Digital & others). I have also been associated with the Times of India Group's NIE program, which has helped me come in contact with more than 10,000 students over a period 48 months and have been able to motivate these children. I am certified Retail skills trainer from Job Skills – Bangalore and have conducted many classes for them. I am on the panel of UNITED INDIA Insurance company’s external trainers, and have conducted various training for their various grades of staff. I have conducted Soft skills training for various engineering colleges Mahendra Engineering College Salem, Dindugul engineering college & Sapthagiri Engineering college to name a few and also for Madurai MBA college. I have conducted “Kannada thru fun” for Apollo Hospital, Bannerghata Road, Bangalore. The 20 hours course was designed with idea of teaching basics of spoken Kannada to non Kannadigas, to improve their interaction with the patients & their attenders. I am a Certified Aspirational Profiling© Trainer, for Ladder Consultancy Services. Conducted 2 FDP Programs & Many SDP for Engineering & MBA Colleges.
