Sanmeet Singh Sahni

Sanmeet Singh Sahni is the Lead Trainer and founder of Sukratuya Learning Solutions., a learning service and performance management company. Prior to his entrepreneur journey, Sanmeet has worked across various domains as ITeS, Hospitality, Real Estate & Car Rental with a few known brands across the spectrum like GE Capital, Housing.com, Budget Rent A Car & Vatika Business Centers to name a few. In his decade-long run with the corporate world, Sanmeet spent time working closely with Operations for 9 Years & the LnD team for 6 years.

Sanmeet has worked on a few projects which have had a substantial impact for the respective business, for e.g. in GE Capital he worked on the FE Assist project which gave a cost saving of USD 85,000 in 2002, again in 2002 he created a revised product module for his team in GE Capital which was later adopted as the core product module for the entire GE Medical systems Operations in India, in 2005 he successfully remote transitioned the Earthlink process for Vanguard Info Solutions single handed & also trained the 160 member team on the process, along with coordinating with the tech team for CRM development, in 2016 he successfully revamped the entire New Projects process for housing.com which helped in reducing the TAT from 45 days to just 2 days and reducing the man power from 238 to 80 across 1 year thereby allowing the business to save over INR 2.5 CR in salaries alone.

While Sanmeet has a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Training is his primary passion. A self-developed trainer, Sanmeet pursued a trainers skill development program with Dale Carnegie & is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Innovation or re-inventing is key to Sanmeet’s thought process. In 2016, the entrepreneur set up his freelance practice and has done work for a few big players like L&T Infotech, Infosys, Times Of Money, Ecole Hotelier & Deutsche Bank.

With a nearly 7 years of LnD experience, Sanmeet now consults with upcoming and Global organisations. In his capacity as a consultant, he develops Performance management strategies, LnD plans, Training Modules, Training Time Table, learning journeys for the learners & Succession Planning across his client network
