I have been into training and development for over a decade now and I have had many experiences and situations to counter with, that have taught me well.
During my life’s journey, experience has taught me how to understand people and situations and derive how I can help people to start / advance in their corporate careers.
While Most people are afraid of challenges, you will find me looking for these as I see them as opportunities.
I am not that trainer who goes by the book, as I think it is important to improvise and think out the box.
I have had many certifications that include mnc’s like Capgemini, Accenture, Vodafone which I am proud off, but they cannot show how I am unique.
