The human brain is one of the most complex systems on earth.   The forebrain is the most anterior division of the developing vertebrate brain, containing the most complex networks in the central nervous system, the cerebrum, the home of the highest-level cognitive processing in the brain. When we are born, along with these, we enter this world with a clean slate and without preconceived beliefs, as we grow, develop the Belief system - a set of principles or tenets which together form the basis of a religion, philosophy, or moral code,   These Beliefs are powerful forces that affect our health and capacity, they modify our behavior or stimulate physiological changes in our endocrine or immune systems. ... Cultural beliefs may influence health-related behavior all the time. Beliefs are generally formed through our experiences, inferences and deductions, or by accepting what others tell us to be true. Most of our core beliefs are formed when we are children. These beliefs are also the mother root of all our expectations . One definition for an expectation is a “Strong belief that something will happen.” That means you're trying to predict the future. ... However, another definition for expectation is “a belief that someone will or should achieve something.” That's the kind of expectation that's within your power to manipulate Have you ever wondered what these Expectations (whether expressed or otherwise) can do to you? Have you ever experienced the power of Expectations? Are you a Product of Expectations? Do you force your expectations on others? Are you affected by your own expectations? Hiw can you influence your own expectations for a better output?
