Why do Trainers Love to use" Soft Skills? What's so soft about it? 

Trainers Favorite:  ‘I am a Soft Skills Trainer’.

Ques: So Trainers who teach skills other than Soft skills – are they ‘Hard Skills Trainer?’

Therefore…Soft skills : Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Team building, Change Management….. and many..

Hard skills: Understanding Java, C++, Python, Operational process for Gas furnace, Orientation to GST, BCG Matrix, Funnel Technique in Selling……and so on…
