Role: English & Communication skills Trainer Eligibility: Graduation is mandatory Excellent communication skills 1--3 years Experience required. Job description #Enhance communication skills of the students. # Deliver training on spoken english. # Improve written communication of the students #Train and coach students on soft skills such as personal skills, body language, interview skills, time management, team work etc #Observe and track learning progress of students. #Assess and evaluate the quality of the training through feedback surveys #Prepare weekly monthly training reports Must have: Willingness to multi task & work on cross dept roles Knowledge of English Grammar Genuine passion for helping students Excellent listening skills, to be able to fully understand which areas the students are seeking improvement Good interpersonal abilities Excellent Presentation Skills Excellent in connecting with others and analyzing their need.
