URGENT: Business Analyst: Kenya/Nigeria Positions - 2 The incumbent will be responsible for supporting/ analyzing Business development and Operations activities. Would be working closely with stakeholders in Finance/ Marketing/ BD at India and with Operations and BD teams in Africa. Would be responsible for project progress and financial reporting/ compliances Ideal Candidate Profile: · 2-5 years of experience in the field of L&D (Skilling Sector) · Proficiency in MS Office (specially · Project Coordination · Bachelor or Master’s degree · Excellent writing and communication skills Industry: Skilling business Responsibilities: · Timely preparation, processing of proposals. · Daily/ weekly processing and reporting on Project Financials. · Follow-up with all stakeholders. · Any operational support to BD/ Project teams · Facilitate and participate in the proposal walk-throughs with the client · Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion. · Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery/Operation team, Finance team and HR team to come up with a competitive proposal response.
