I am writing this as a begining of a discussion with School Owners, Principals and Teachers.

1. Would you agree that the world has changed a lot from the time we were students?
2. Would you agree that the expectations of what a graduate should know and capable of when they complete the course to be considered for employment has changed?
3. Would you agree that there is a need to creat more entrpreneurs?

If you are answering yes to these questions, consider what National Education Policy 2020 is asking us to do. Next portion of this post is taken directly from the policy document. (I have just formatted it a little differently)

"Indeed, with the quickly changing employment landscape and global ecosystem, it is becoming increasingly critical that children not only learn, but more importantly learn how to learn. Education thus, must move towards less content, and more towards learning about 

1. How to think critically and solve problems
2. How to be creative and multidisciplinary
3. How to innovate, adapt, and absorb new material in novel and changing fields

Pedagogy must evolve to make education more 

1. Learner-centred
2. Experiential
3. Holistic
4. Integrated
5. Inquiry-driven
6. Discovery-oriented
7. Discussion-based
8. Flexible, and, of course, Enjoyable. 

The curriculum must include basic 

1. Arts
2. Crafts
3. Humanities
4. Games
5. Sports and fitness
6. Languages
7. Literature
8. Culture and values
9. Science
10.  Mathematics, 

to develop all aspects and capabilities of learners; and make education more well-rounded, useful, and fulfilling to the learner. 

Education must build 

1. Character
2. Enable learners to be ethical
3. Rational
4. Compassionate, and caring
5. While at the same time prepare them for gainful, fulfilling employment
