Normal people do what others are doing, but leaders do things differently and uniquely. They avoid listening to background noise. They never reply to criticism. They just keep doing  and leading a great team. No one can stop them.

Leaders remove the clutter and focus on the most important things then they push those things constantly. They know what to do, when to do, how to do and who will be able to do it better. They don’t get side tracked.

The Leader paints a Clear Visiona compelling picture that his team buys into. Everyone understands how they contribute to the common goal and their individual assignments. Each player buys in.

They stay focused on the Goal and they know how to achieve it. There is absolute clarity on the plan they have made and if plan Afails they have a plan B.

Leaders some time go through a tough situation, if they commit to do something they ensure they keep their commitment. They take responsibility and are committed, no matter what happens and whatever circumstances they face.

They believe in themselves and the team and know that Patience Persistence and Persistence lay the path to the ultimate success.

They understand that Leadership is a Journey and not a sprint of few miles. Problems or constraints would come they take responsibility to resolve it.
