In 2017 we started a very ambitious customer loyalty journey with Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd (KOEL). In the process we introduced customer centric long-term annual maintenance contract product called KOEL Bandhan for our valued D G set owners. As we progressed, a passionate trainer was needed who could train and support our front-end service team (both KOEL and distributor) in the sale of Bandhan. I knew Sabyasachi since the early 1990s and was aware of his rich after-sales service experience and training skills in various industries and fields. Looking no further, we roped him in our Mission Bandhan journey. He not only defined and developed Bandhan Sales Process but also conducted several trainings to KOEL and our channel partner teams in different geographic regions. Credit goes to his vivid hands-on experience, versatility, and systematic execution approach. We could witness dramatic improvements in Bandhan sales within six months of launching the program. With that, we are very happy to recognise his contribution to our Bandhan voyage and wish to remain associated for our manpower grooming/future projects from time to time.

It was mid 2014 when I first met Sabyasachi in a Mahindra training at Kathmandu, Nepal. Over the next consecutive 3 days I was only observing his awesome domain expertise.
