FORGIVENESS- The Art of letting Go
Published: May 28th, 2023 05:58 pmThe food which we eat must come out as waste in 24 hrs, otherwise we will be sick. The water that we drink must come out within 4 hrs, or we will be sick. The air that we inhale must come out in a minute or so, otherwise we will be seriously ill.
Then, what about the anger, jealousy, intolerance, deceit, hatred, arrogance that we harbor over years & years . Don't you think that these too have to be released from us?
Yes, if they stay for years together in our bodies, we will definitely become sick & become a burden to the family. So, just, 'LET IT GO '.
Are you asking me 'how'? Its simple.
Just imagine all the people who have hurt you and all the people whom you might have hurt knowingly or unknowingly. Keep your hands in namaskara pose in front of your heart. Look at them and say, "I recognise the Atma nature in you, We are all children of God. I forgive you for all the mistakes that you have done and ask for forgiveness for all the mistakes, that I have done knowingly or unknowingly. May you be guided in the right direction. May Peace be upon you. May peace be upon me.
Put your hands in blessing pose at chest level. say, 'Om Shanti shanti shanti Om' 5-6 times. Say,' I release '.
