When we have pain in any part of the body, we tend to keep our attention on that part, thereby experiencing even more pain & keep telling, 'Oh! this pain, it's hurting me', 'why do I have this pain' and things like that. 

Well! I have a tip and technique for you. 

Just change the words that you are going to use, say loving words & appreciating words to that body part. The part feels good & heals faster.
