Creativity is being in Meditation!
Published: Apr 22nd, 2020 09:42 amI am not well versed in English. I was not a creative person. And I wrote my first poem in English! More than 25 years ago, I attended my first spiritual retreat with Swami Sukhabodhananda at Nirguna mandir, Bengaluru. On the concluding day as participants started hurrying back home, I just sat on the staircase captivated by the vision of setting Sun. I got up from that place only after the Sun totally disappeared from the sky! That night I could not sleep at all. I felt whirling of words in my head, which pushed me to jot down whatever was coming to my mind. This went on till 4 AM in the morning.
And here is that poem!
Meditation is super easy.
It's like fish taking to water!
Only it has to be facilitated that way!!
