A day in the middle of lockdown-1, turned out to be very special for two persons!
I had messaged a thank you note after connecting on LinkedIn to a person.
In reply, I saw the message “I need a session, getting depressed day by day…”
Immediately replied the person to connect with me as soon as possible!
Same day evening had a conversation for nearly an hour! The person felt better and said I will take your meditation coaching from tomorrow!
Then, around two to two and a half hour coaching session every week for four weeks happened!
Here’s the testimony shared by the person. (Not disclosing the Identity honouring the request of the person)
“I had heartbreak and then the lockdown happened. I was totally and completely in a state of shock. I was completely in a denial phase and I had lost all hope.

The best part was becoming free of all the issues and being happy.
