I am proud to be – “Work In Progress”

05 Jan 2021

It’s a natural process for human beings to change and learn throughout a lifetime. Physical change is mandatory but mental change is a cumulative effort of our own attitude, health, circumstances, emotions, situations and lots of other factors.

If you ask me, if I have changed over the years??

I would say “Yes, I have and lots more to go”.

I am - "Work In Progress"….

Learning to let my personality speak for itself, rather than explain myself to people….

Learning not to worry too much over things, that I don’t have control over….

Learning to let go of people who don’t know my worth, at least, I know my worth now …

Learning not to correct people even if I know they are wrong, realized it’s not on me to make everyone perfect…

Learning to stay calm when people play dirty games, I can’t force anyone to like me or think like me….

Learning not to be in the rat race, after all I am not a rat, nor interested in the race…

Learning to give more genuine compliments, to make others happy…

Learning not be embarrassed by my emotions, in fact I’m proud of my emotions that make me human…

Learning to drop the ego, rather than to break a relationship…

Learning to love myself after years of loving my parents, siblings, spouse, children, friends and everyone around me.

Learning to live one day at a time, by doing what makes me happy.

After all, I am responsible for my happiness, and I owe it to no one but me…

Yes, I have changed a lot over the years and still changing …

I am proud to be – “WORK IN PROGRESS”…………
