Stress can be from any significant source, such as family, friends, relationships, health, finance, education, work place or any other factor based on your situation.

Become aware of your feelings and experiences.
Accept what is stressing you.
Utilize resources to your advantage.
Develop problem solving skills.
Practice positivity.
Embrace change.
What
does it means to be a resilient person
Being resilient doesn’t mean we don’t experience stress or emotional upheaval.
It means to develop skills and strength to
regulate our own emotions.
To learn the correct coping mechanisms to fight
the adversities and setbacks in our own ways.
We need to overcome challenges to become a
strong and a resilient person.
