This was conducted for the employees of the State Bank Of India, in their training hall, at Thiruvanthapuram, Kerala. The participants were from different departments of the bank. They were trained on how to aspire for growth in the organization by being more effective as an employee. The top management people were present throughout the program. Some of the participants stood up and thanked me for the excellent program.
