This was conducted for the H.O. employees of GVK-Emergency Management and Research Institute, Chennai. This is the organization that runs the "108", emergency services. The employees were under constant work pressure because of the nature of their work. The training module was on listening skills, empathy, and team building. The training included fun activities for team building to provide some relief from their constant work pressure.
