Do not worry about outcome, just enjoy the art making process The vibrations of the color in art therapy improves mood and overall health. Colors are made up of reflected lights that hit our retinas as the wavelengths vibrate. Our brain interprets these wavelengths, which ultimately makes our perception of color as a physical and sensory experience. All the updates of Art therapy exercises will be on FB page.
