This was conducted for the employees of a stockbroking firm called Alice Blue. The employees were trained on the following: Goal setting, being proactive, role ownership, and self-motivation. The event was conducted in a modern hotel in Chennai. The event included appropriate role plays, team games, and activities to add value to the training. The event was successful.
